Guardian Life Digital Offerings Go-To-Market and Communications Lead in Boston, Massachusetts

As the Digital Offerings Go-To-Market and Reporting Lead , you will lead all go-to-market activities, internal reporting, and communications related to self-service and bentech initiatives. You will partner closely with the Head of Self-Service Strategy, Head of Bentech Strategy, the Bentech Partner Growth and Relationships team, marketing, training, data and reporting, and internal communications to ensure there is a robust go-to-market plan for new and enhanced digital offerings. In this role you will be responsible for proactively identifying when, and what type, of go-to-market activities are appropriate and serving as the liaison between the Digital Strategy and Offerings team and supporting functions such as marketing, field training, and more. You will also be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure all functions have appropriate training, resources, and communication related to digital offerings.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining internal reporting to measure the impact of Guardian’s digital solutions. This includes solidifying the strategy and approach to reporting, streamlining the process of regular executive-level and more detailed reporting, and ensuring there are mechanisms in place to capture value.

You are

You have

  • Experience with complex data analysis including financial impact.

  • Strong understanding of and experience in the benefits technology and group self-service space.

  • Knowledge of the group benefits digital competitive landscape, including emerging trends.

  • Experience partnering with marketing and internal communications team.

  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills to drive alignment and effect change across a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Experience working cross-functionally to develop a combined work product.

  • Ability to thrive and willingness to work in high-energy, fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic environment with ability to align and adapt.

  • A roll up your sleeves mindset and ability to get work done independently and as a team.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and an approachable style with natural curiosity.

  • Sound judgment and decision-making ability.

  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience.

You will

  • Develop and own digital reporting that will be shared by the Digital Strategy and Offerings Leadership team with cross-functional executive leaders.

  • Own planning and execution of go-to-market plans and activities for all digital enhancements and new capabilities and experiences.

  • Ensure Guardian is well-positioned in the market and our internal teams are well-equipped in market speaking to Guardian’s digital assets, both bentech and self-service.

  • Improve how we measure the impact of new digital enhancements on both customer engagement and operational efficiency.

  • Identify key gaps/opportunities in market-perception of Guardian’s digital assets and partner with appropriate teams to close the gap.

Location and Travel

This is a flexible position requiring 2 days per week in the office, with preference given to candidates within commuting proximity to a Guardian office. We will consider internal, remote candidates if experience is aligned and ability to travel to Guardian offices as determined by the People Leader.

Salary Range

$114,080.00 - $187,415.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
