Insight Global Communications Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Communications Manager who will be responsible for supporting the Deputy Director of Customer and Community Transition. We are seeking someone to help contribute to the development and implementation of strategic communications/programs relevant to the roll out of a new payment system. This role will help educate and support internal/external customers and communities. This Communications Manager will also assist in the planning of department projects, administrative requests, and take on other administrative duties as needed. You will be expected to help create communications templates to build a resource toolkit for recurring initiatives and inquiries. This will also include building project management plans and systems to organize all communications projects and assets. The compensation range is $35/hr to $42/hr based on years of experience. This will be a hybrid remote role with 2-3 days a week onsite in Downtown Boston.

Skills and Requirements

* Two (2) years of related communications and project management experience.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

* Knowledge of basic communications principles with an understanding of best practices for external and internal communications within the context of a large organization.

* Experience with Project Management Software known as Asana or any similar systems like Jira, Smartsheet, Airtable, Hive ETC

* Excellent organizational, confidentiality, multi-tasking and time management skills.

* Strong writing, computer and analytical skills. * Experience working in public sector null
