Position: Healthcare Call Center Rep

team. A great and fast-moving opening that offers many doorways to grow and gain great administrative healthcare experience.

Pay Rate: $18-21/HR Pay is according to experience

Location: Boston, MA

Schedule: Due to the nature of this organization, all employees must be able to work a Saturday or Sunday. You will receive a day off in the week and weekend.

Shifts:

· First shift- any time between 6:30 am to 6:00 pm

· Swing Shift- any time between 10:00 am – 9:00 pm

Job Description:

· Service incoming patient calls

· Help patient(s) with transferring of calls to proper clinics or hospitals

· Pull up contact information of call of clients during calls

· Log in important information of call into database

· Work alongside other agents, supervisors, and other corporate support staff

Qualifications:

· Any previous Healthcare or Call Center experience

· Professional and friendly communication ability

· Ability to be a reliable and willing learner

· Bilingual is a PLUS – will go into interpreter department

· Customer service skills
