Boston University ASSISTANT RESEARCH TECHNICIAN, College of Arts & Sciences, Center for Anxiety & Related Disorders in BOSTON, Massachusetts

The purpose of this position is to contribute to both the Child and Family Health Lab and the Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders (CARD) within the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences. Responsibilities to the Child and Family Health Lab consist of two projects: the first project examines families' experiences of having a family member with autism, and the second project is developing best practices for providing psychosocial assessment and support to siblings of children with cancer. The candidate will contribute to recruitment, data collection, qualitative coding, and data analysis. The hire will also serve as the Intake Coordinator for CARD. This job is primarily devoted to serving as the triage telephone screener and referral provider for potential patients seeking diagnostic evaluations and/or treatment at CARD.
