Boston University ASSISTANT MANAGER, MARKETING, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance in BOSTON, Massachusetts

The Department of Physical Education, Recreation and Dance is seeking an Assistant Manager, Marketing who will be responsible for assisting in the management of all marketing and communications. Primary responsibilities include short- and long-form video production, with particular emphasis on social media content, internal client marketing needs, photography, and the execution of strategic marketing plan to meet revenue and participation goals. This position is responsible for working directly with internal clients to help serve their priority items by way of generating effective and relevant social media content and photography. Additionally, this position is responsible for overseeing a team of part-time creatives and brand ambassadors.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience

  • Videography; short- and long-form video content, with particular emphasis on social media content

  • Photography, editing

  • Proficiency in social media platforms, video editing platforms

  • Proficiency in photo editing tools
