Primary Function

As an Account Executive in Enterprise Creative Solutions (ECS) you will lead interactions that delight clients and teammates to reinforce a constructive and positive culture while achieving business goals. Your approach includes uncovering the needs of clients through research, and insights to help generate concepts for digital work. You’ll be collaborating with designers, writers, developers, technologists, and art buyers. You are an experienced brand champion, agency facilitator, and trusted partner to both clients and your extended agency team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build strong collaborative relationships with a diverse agency team in support of a mix of work.

  • Drive a deep understanding of the businesses you support, and the client mindset, goals and aspirations. Share your ideas and demonstrate clear thinking.

  • Push your craft, continuously improve your skillset, and drive innovation and fresh design approaches.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong prioritizations skills with day-to-day responsibilities including but not limited to job starts, change orders, client markups, status reports, team and client meetings.

  • A firm understanding of how to work in an interdisciplinary fashion, with design know-how of concepting and the creative mind.

  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convince and persuade towards a common goal in client meetings. You challenge direction or status quo and seek alternate perspectives and approaches in developing effective solutions.

  • A strong sensitivity for time management and the ability to deliver all projects within established timelines.

  • An enthusiastic approach with an infectiously positive point of view, and a desire to lead.

  • Demonstrated success in a fast pace environment.

  • The ability to influence and negotiate with business partners.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Acrobat, Filemaker, Word and Excel.

  • The ability to establish job specifications to conform to project scope and budget parameters.

  • Organization skills to maintain job folders and other project-related documentation.

  • The ability to work autonomously and in a group environment.

Education & Experience

  • 7 years of experience in advertising/marketing agency or financial services industry managing client relationships.

  • Experience in planning, coordinating, and directing digital projects. You’re a pro at managing tough clients with ease and clients go to you first for day-to-day needs and business insights.

  • Experience managing mobile, web, social media and video projects.
