Cowell Tactical is looking to bring creative, detail-oriented individuals on board as full-time team members. If youre looking for a positive work environment creating life-saving equipment for a greater purpose, this could be the job for you.

  • Ideal work experience is 1 year minimum that includes operating commercial and/or industrial sewing equipment, but knowledge of non-commercial sewing equipment alongside well-rounded technical sewing skills will be considered.
  • Applicants may be asked to provide sewing samples and perform basic tasks on our in-house equipment. This position involves the fabrication and manufacture of specialized garments made from Cordura nylon and other commercial textiles.
  • Our team members primarily use Brother 798 Industrial Sewing Machines but also perform tasks related to measuring and cutting fabrics using both scissors and rotary cutters.
  • On-site training is provided. Our products are highly specialized in nature and we are looking for individuals capable of monitoring quality control, meticulous attention to detail, and efficiency.
  • Must be at least 18 years old due to equipment requirements.

Positive evaluations based on quality of work and timely production will result in a wage increase within the first year. Additional pay increases are based on performance and longevity.

SCHEDULE: Hours of operation are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. After 6 months on our team, we offer paid holidays, with most federal holidays off and 10 personal days a year after 1 year.
