With strategic responsibility, you will be working as Product Manager (m/w/d) and driving our Flow Measurement Solutions business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This position is the interface between customers and various partners within the Emerson organization in the DACH region, Europe and globally, making a significant contribution to the planned growth of the company.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for flow measurement products, solutions & services in close cooperation with various business partners

  • Taking ownership of flow sales targets including budget, growth plans and driving performance metrics

  • Working closely with the DACH sales organization and European and global flow product management on strategy formulation and implementation to profitably increase market participation

  • Communicating strategies to the sales team and supporting implementation

  • Supporting sales by sharing experiences and developing solutions

  • Supporting the project business (e.g. technical design, strategy, pricing, follow-up and implementation) and designing of the sales strategy for core customers

  • Launching new products and solutions and creating and delivering relevant training (internal & external)

  • Providing expertise to the DACH marketing team in the planning and creation of marketing materials and events

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Further education, preferably with knowledge in engineering, product management or sales

  • Proven product management / sales / marketing or business development experience

  • Affinity towards technology and innovations and good technical understanding

  • Proficiency in English and German language

  • Availability to travel up to 50% of time

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Matrix organization experience

  • Experience in industrial automation environment ; with a good knowledge of similar technical products ( flow measurement ) and understanding of similar industries (e.g. chemical, oil & gas, power, life science )
