Wir suchen dringend Verstärkung für unser Implant bei unserem Kunden GIZ (DEUTSCHE GESELLSCHAFT FÜR INTERNATIONALE ZUSAMMENARBEIT (GIZ) GMBH) am Standort Bonn zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

Der Arbeitsplatz ist im Hause unseres Kunden in Präsenz ( bei Wunsch Hybrid möglich ). Wir betreuen von unserem Standort den Kunden in Deutschland und der ganzen Welt.

Der Kunde GIZ leistet unter anderem Entwicklungshilfe und macht die Welt zu einem besseren Ort.

Folgende Tätigkeiten gehören u.a. zu dieser Position:

Serviceorientierte und fachlich versierte Beratung der Firmenkunden bezüglich aller Anfragen und geforderten Reisen unter Beachtung der unterschiedlichen Reiserichtlinien und Compliance-Bestimmungen Buchung der gewünschten Reisen ( Flug, Bahn) soweit möglich über START/ AMADEUS, Internet und weitere Travel Counselor Buchungstools Betreuung dieser eingehenden Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail Beratung zu Einreise- und Visabestimmungen sowie Visabeschaffung Ausfertigung der Reisedokumente sowie der Rechnungen und Gutschriften Bearbeitung von Refunds aller nicht in Anspruch genommenen Reisedokumente Bearbeitung von Reklamationen Administrative Arbeiten wie Erstellung von Abrechnungen (BSP, DB, GKA, etc.), Reconciliation (ADM/ ACM, DB) Bearbeitung von nachträglichen Kundenanfragen (Rechnungskopien, Abrechnungsdifferenzen u. ä.) Queuebearbeitung Erstellung und Pflege der Kundenprofile Wenn Sie folgende Qualifikationen erfüllen, freuen wir uns auf Deine Bewerbung:

Abschluss als Reiseverkehrskauffrau/-mann (gerne auch kurz vor dem Abschluss), oder vergleichbarer Abschluss im Reisebereich Berufserfahrung im Firmendienst eines Vollreisebüros Fundierte, fachliche Kenntnisse wie IATA, DB sowie der wichtigen Anbieter wie Airlines. Sehr gute START/Amadeus-Kenntnisse Teamfähigkeit, Aufgeschlossenheit

Service- und Qualitätsbewußtsein

Leistungsbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit sowie Verantwortungsfreudigkeit Bereitschaft zur aktiven Teilnahme an Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
