How you will make an impact

  • Data base management of all relevant documents

  • Support attorney through all stages of project work

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a substantial amount of work

  • Research and analysis of complex legal documents Requirements - 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

  • Capable of taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

  • Should be knowledgeable of word processing and spreadsheets

  • Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

  • Accurate, attentive, and experience handling sensitive or confidential information

  • Legal Contracts experience highly desired

  • Demonstrated knowledge of contract negotiation

  • General familiarity with corporate governance

  • Adeptness in Negotiate Contracts

  • Command of corporate transactions

  • Foundational knowledge in Draft Contracts

  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) experience highly preferred

  • Proficiency in contracts

  • Practical knowledge of legal research

  • Corporate ParaLegal experience
