Job Title: General Labor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated General Laborer to join our team. You will be tasked with a variety of general production duties and will be responsible for creating custom concrete structures, including concrete panels, flared ends, side walls, and custom forms. You will be part of a dynamic team that produces anywhere from 20-75 structures a day, depending on project flow. This role requires flexibility as you may be asked to cross-train and work on different projects as needed. You may also be tasked with yard work and forklift operations as necessary. This position involves both indoor and outdoor work, and a successful candidate must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.

Work Environment

Our work environment involves a first shift that typically runs from 6am-2:30/4pm; however, during the busy season, hours may extend from 5am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime opportunities are available, particularly on Saturdays from 5am-11am. Dress code includes a hard hat, jeans, steel-toed boots, and safety glasses. You must be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and being cross-trained in multiple areas.
