The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customer service to both internal and external customers through various activities. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and potential customers by answering inquires resolving their issues and ensuring their satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Always maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and co-workers

  • Enter sales orders received via phone, email, or sales rep

  • Communicate with customer through various channels regarding shipping, invoice and back orders

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

  • Achieve product, technical, and territory knowledge

  • Responsible for servicing and supporting existing accounts

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to meet customer needs

  • Building sustainable relationships with customers and co-workers

  • Responsible to run variety of daily and weekly reports

  • Manage large volume of inbound call and orders

  • Will assist CSRs with order entry, phone calls, and reports

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong customer service skills both in person and virtually

  • Self-motivated and functions well independently as well as within in a team

  • Comfortable in fast paced environment

  • Superior organizational and time management skills

  • Microsoft Office experience

    Experience:

  • Track record of high performance in fast paced environment

  • Proven customer service experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft office products

  • Inbound and outbound call experience

  • Infor experience preferred
