ManpowerGroup UX Designer in Boise, Idaho

Experis is seeking a mid-level UX Designer on behalf of a client in Boise, ID. This will start as a 6+ month opportunity with extensions or possible conversion. The role will hybrid based in Boise, ID. (3 days on-site, 2 days remote).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with our brand, products, and user base to create high-quality designs aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Work closely with UX Designers to translate wireframes and concepts into engaging, polished experiences.

  • Develop iconography and graphic assets for diverse digital platforms.

  • Deliver precise UI designs with detailed specifications for developers.

  • Establish and maintain style guides and design pattern libraries to ensure consistency across projects.

  • Adapt to project requirements by understanding customer objectives, business needs, and technical limitations.

  • Engage in effective brainstorming, sketching, and prototyping to explore various visual concepts.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in experience design, under different titles such as "UX designer" or "product designer".

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction Design, Cognitive Science, HCI, or equivalent field.

  • Proficiency in Figma or similar tools (Adobe XD, Balsamiq, Axure, Sketch).

  • Familiarity with user testing software (e.g., UserTesting.com, User Zoom, Optimal Workshop).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated excellence in design showcased in recent portfolio work.

  • Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools and methodologies.

  • Familiarity with Agile software development processes.

  • Experience in planning and conducting user research at all product development stages.

  • Strong grasp of design fundamentals (e.g., typography, color theory).

  • Knowledge of mobile design standards and responsive design principles.

  • Understanding of accessibility design standards.

  • User-centered design approach.

  • Ability to effectively receive and incorporate creative feedback.

  • Basic competency in HTML and CSS.

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • A positive attitude towards work and collaboration.
