Description:

Assist Sports Medicine department to promote service line through effective interaction with contracted sports organizations. Maintain a current and competent level of knowledge of product lines to be a reliable source of information to the healthcare and sports medicine professionals/vendors in the territory. Onsite presentation setup/takedown.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Relevant product and industry knowledge Ability to be self-directed with time management and organizational/planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships, understand needs and demonstrate the highest level of customer service. Demonstrates professionalism with ability to work individually and as part of a team. Reliability and dependability with all aspects of position including transportation. Basic computer skills, ability to use various office programs and equipment (Microsoft office, printer, fax, email, etc.)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

This role is dependent on the ability/requirement to be available on weekends.

Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Organizational Mission, Core Values, and Vision in behaviors, practices, policies, and decisions. Onsite presentation setup/takedown including but not limited to tables, tents, marketing collateral, etc. Maintain/manage Sports Medicine marketing and support collateral materials during event coverage. Build business relationships with targeted customers. Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities/plans and adjust accordingly. Review and report on marketing activities and results. Representation at community events, internal events, programs, and health fairs. Other duties as assigned.
