Randstad US Platforms Relations Director in Boise, Idaho

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Platform Relations Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have several years of growth marketing, community, or developer relations (DevRel) experience, preferably working with enterprise companies. This role requires a strong business acumen and a deep understanding of developer relations or talent operations processes.

  • Lead and grow our community initiatives, focusing on developer relations and talent operations.Very analytical person who can track costs of community acquisitions and engagement and apply it to company goals.Develop and implement strategies to foster community engagement and growth.Utilize strong organizational and presentation skills to manage community events and activities.Leverage top-notch written and verbal communication skills to interact with community members, stakeholders, and internal teams.Demonstrate a track record of high achievement in previous roles.Apply a basic understanding of the software development cycle and current technology trends to community initiatives.Maintain a strong customer (talent and members) focus, ensuring their needs and feedback are addressed.Field questions, think on your feet, and solve problems effectively.Hire and work well with a team of freelancers and/or employees to support community goals.

What you need to bring:
