Overview

St. Luke’s is looking for a Mental Health Therapist to join us in our strategy to be the community’s trusted partner in providing exceptional, patient- centered care.

St. Luke’s Psychiatric Wellness Services has an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Therapist.

The Mental Health Therapist is responsible for identifying individual and family psychosocial, emotional and cultural needs and priorities for care through assessment, care planning, clinical interventions, education and evaluation of outcomes. The Mental Health Therapist providestherapy and support to alleviate stress, enhance functional coping abilities, minimize potential problems/barriers related to treatment and maximize opportunities for communication and problem-solving. Through documentation and oral communication, the Mental Health Therapist shares essential information with their interdisciplinary team and healthcare team members when appropriate.

Required Criteria:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or similar from an appropriately recognized institution of higher learning.

  • Maintain current state of practice licensure: LCSW or LCPC
