Overview

What you can expect from this role

  • A schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

  • Leading MA precepting and orientation programs to ensure effective onboarding and ongoing development of medical assistant staff.

  • Spearhead the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) program as a leader, driving initiatives for goal setting and achievement within the team.

  • Assume daily responsibilities for leading the JMOP Huddle, fostering collaboration and communication among staff members to optimize patient care delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative leadership to evaluate and improve workflows and processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in healthcare operations.

Qualifications

Education

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • 2 years' experience

Certifications

  • Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

  • Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant from one of the following: NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHA
