Sutherland is now seeking dependable, enthusiastic licensed Life & Health Insurance Advisors to provide professional presentations and sell insurance over the phone to existing customers of Fortune 500 Insurance companies on behalf of one of our leading insurance clients/customers.

These work from home opportunities require individuals who strive to provide next-level care to clients and their customers and can excel in an environment where leads are provided . In this role, you will:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospects with the goal of enrolling them in relevant insurance products

  • Build rapport with callers to gain trust and understanding; gather all required data

  • Determine eligibility and maintain/improve quality results by adhering to established standards and guidelines

  • Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participate in educational opportunities

  • Manage prospect follow-up calls to ensure timely responses

  • Accurately process application/ information in systems; track and record outcomes, issues and inquiries and escalate as needed

Preferred:

  • Experience working with POS applications

  • Previous remote or call center experience

  • 2+ years of sales experience

We will provide equipment, however to work from home, you must have:

  • Excellent Internet connectivity:

  • Internet access speeds of at least 5 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download – the faster the better!

  • In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates. (wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)
