How Will You Contribute to the Company?\ \ The Director of Business Applications ensures the smooth operation and use of key applications (ERP) that run our business and the data exchange between systems. The Director drives day-to-day activities of transformation: business process design, configuration of the business application platform, integrations between other company systems, and oversees the daily operations of the solutions. This role interfaces with all company departments to promote efficient and effective utilization of technology and to ensure optimal business processes are realized. To succeed one must work cross-functionally bringing diverse viewpoints to agreement, be able to prioritize, execute on developed plans, and inspire.\ \ What Will You Do?

  • Develop strategy and roadmap for key business technology capabilities (ERP, integrations)
  • Create and execute implementation plans to realize the strategy
  • Engage stakeholders to develop, groom, and prioritize the business applications backlog, manage expectations, and ensure business needs are met
  • Connect software solutions with best practice/ modern approaches
  • Deliver solutions that enforce data accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness
  • Maintain current knowledge of technical solutions and their applicability to the business
  • Manage internal and external resources to ensure quality deliverables are released on time
  • Establish an environment of learning and continuous improvement

\ Qualifications\ Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong project management background, with several full cycle ERP implementations
  • Ability to work cross-functionally including strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with and managing third-party service providers
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and assignments
  • Experience using Agile software development methodologies to deliver packaged solutions
  • Experience with SOX and GRC and how they apply to applications
  • Eight (8) years of Leadership experience in delivering complex technical solutions

  • Experience with SAP andMicrosoft Dynamics 365
