St. Luke's Health System Clinical Educator 3 in Boise, Idaho

Schedule: 1.0 (80 hours per pay period) Monday-Friday, exempt level role.

What You Can Expect:

  • This role supports the management program/workstream and system programs.

  • The role requires knowledge, skill, and passion with curriculum design.

  • The emphasis in this Clinical Educator role will focus on the curriculum design, including the development and implementation of education following sound curriculum design principles for all clinical employees across the health system.

  • Project Management is also large function of this educator role.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in nursing or related field

  • Experience: 6 years related experience -RN and Education

  • Project management experience (2+ years highly preferred)

  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
