Provide administrative and organizational support to Human Resources processes, procedures, and functions. Develop skills for a career in Human Resources.

Requirements Essential Role and Responsibilities:

Conduct online research for various HR initiatives. Support recruitment process. Draft offer letters. Support onboarding of new hires and requests for required documentation. Create and forward electronic drug screen documentation and audit results. Support Internship Program and related events and onboarding. Intern training and partnering.. Assist with event planning of HR sponsored events. Make suggestions for process improvements and SOP development. Data review and organization for Affirmative Action reporting.
