What the day will look like

The Senior Account Executive leads the global and local Corporate Customer Service strategies for multinational and local accounts, generating added value and a high level of customer satisfaction in meeting their needs, with the purpose of positioning our company as the best in the market in risk accompaniment and consulting and to grow sustainably, ensuring compliance with sales budget, customer loyalty and a high level of commitment to our employees and colleagues.

  • Achievement of goals in cross-selling budgets for the assigned portfolio.

  • Achievement of goals in customer retention indicators.

  • Achievement of goals in customer satisfaction performance indicators.

  • Financial management of client portfolio and business lines.

  • Leadership of high performance teams and teamwork.

  • Direct relationship with the client and guarantee the fulfillment of the value offer with the assigned portfolio.

    How is this opportunity different?

    This role will allow you to interact with diverse local and international clients where you will be able to put into practice your consultative and commercial skills on issues related to General Insurance lines.

    Skills and experience that will lead you to success.

  • Experience: 4 years in insurance, customer service, budget responsibility and team leadership.

  • Expertise: General Insurance (Property, Financial Lines, Compliance, Auto).

  • Studies and/or specialties: Professional graduate in careers such as administration, industrial engineering, economics, law, among others.

  • Languages: Advanced English

  • Technological tools: Office Excel (database crossing).
