About the Role

Key responsibilities and authority

  • As a Network Operations Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, and support of the organization's network infrastructure in its day-to-day needs

  • You will be working closely with the Network Engineers and other IT professionals, on relevant projects, and ensure that the network keeps running with no constraints to our clients

  • It will be expected that your technical knowledge of network protocols and technologies will give the best response to daily problems.

About You

Key requirements

  • 1 year of multivendor network/security hands-on experience

  • Knowledge on WiFi network solutions implementation and troubleshooting

  • Knowledge of network security, including firewalls, VPN, and access controls

  • Knowledge with multivendor network design, Fortinet and Aruba preferred.

  • Knowledge on network automation and IaC concepts will be a plus.

  • Responsible, structured, proactive and solution-oriented working

  • Vendor based certifications will be a plus (CCNA, ACSA, NSE4, DevNet)

  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Good problem-solving skills

Education/ Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field experience (Valuated)

  • Cisco CCNA, CCNP (valuated)

Position may involve travel up to 10% of the time. Most trips will include overnight travel.
