HP Inc. Senior Social & Programmatic Associate - LATAM in Bogota, Colombia

The HP in-house media team is responsible for planning, buying and maintaining programmatic and biddable ad campaigns in multiple DSPs, Social, and Search platforms.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and buying of DSP and Social based media across selection of HP's diverse portfolio.
Assist in the translation of media brief into tactical plans maintaining alignment with media strategy and other channels
Work closely with other team members to align media plans with business goals
Oversee pacing in our key DSP and Social partners, to make sure HPs advertising is as affective as possible while working closely with the Activation Manager to learn key skills
Regularly contribute to media best practices and campaign processes
Contribute actionable performance highlights and recommendations for regular campaign reporting deliverables.
Qualifications:
At least 2+ years of experience in a media agency or similar environment
Deep interest in Digital Media
Working knowledge of Social (LinkedIn, Meta) and DSP Partners (DV360, Google Demand Gen)
Experience in SEM a plus!
Experience in lead gen and content syndication a plus
Strong Analytical knowledge, with a testing mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including conducting executive level presentations
Excellent project management skills; strong attention to detail and cross-team coordination
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc) and data visualization tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Working proficiency in Spanish and English
