Education Recommendations

Currently a student pursuing a bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Management in Logistics and Production, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics and International Finance or related program from an accredited university in Colombia.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will be:

  • Accountable for E2E customer purchase order execution for all Business Groups.

  • Responsible for Supply Chain service execution from kick-off until handover to BPO LC (i.e. order clarification, sanity check, classification and validation) and coordinate, guide and monitor supply chain service execution up to L700 milestone (Final Acceptance – Customer).

  • Contribute to all tasks related to E2E supply chain in daily business/order execution, e.g. constraints solving and escalation management.

  • Order all products (HW, SW, Services) in all business scenarios, including Customer cases & Nokia Risk Orders, Trials, Demonstration, R&D, Free of Charge processes

  • Trigger task creations for POs, SO, DN, Inv, L/C to outsourced Order Management operations & monitor timely completion.

  • Coordinate import & customs processes until goods receipt in destination drop off point.

  • Coordinate and guide the procurement process: capture the demand, purchase, goods receipt- Verify invoice, including monitoring & control procedures

  • Coordinate and guide the distribution process: ships & plan transportation, verify freight cost & invoice, coordinate transport including monitoring & control procedures.

  • Coordinate and validate the Customer invoicing, including the monitoring & control procedures.

  • Contribute and support the collect cash process, including dispute solving with the Customer.

  • Fluent command of English. At least a level B1

    It would be nice if you also had:

  • Sound judgement and ability to make well informed, rational decisions

  • Familiarity with demand supply planning, as well as management of logistics processes

  • Dealing with ambiguity

  • Understanding of business performance, reporting and analysis

  • Familiarity with innovation management

  • Ability and eagerness to work in a collaborative, diverse and dynamic team
