INVOICE TO CASH INTERN
This position reports into ITC SUPERVISOR and is based at BOGOTA, COLOMBIA.

What you will do
The INVOICE TO CASH INTERN is responsible for gaining practical experience and supporting the team in various tasks. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to the success of the organization:
Key Responsibilities
Assists with application of incoming payments from prepared formats including spreadsheets, bank deposit reports or check remittance details.
Assists with payment application and account balancing.
Solves routine problems of limited scope relating to payment application and/or reconciliation.
Assists with credit approval and collections.
Communicates payment history to peers and customers.
Helps to prepare daily and monthly close reports.
Assist in various tasks related to the department's operations and projects
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Finance or Accounting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desirable knowledge in WWIP, ICH; SAP good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, knowledge of logistic process, knowledge in cash flow process
