Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Software Engineer in Boca Raton, Florida, 33431, United States. As a Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying key components of our platform. You will work with cross-functional teams, contribute to the strategic direction of our system architecture, and ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of key components of the platform

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Monitor and ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

• Contribute to maintaining code quality, organization, and automation

• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews, actively contributing to improving team practices

• Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and apply best practices within the context of the product

• Work closely with product managers and UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of product roadmaps

• Contribute to the strategic direction of our system architecture

• Demonstrate proficiency in Apache Struts, C++, Database, EO/IR systems, Hibernate ORM, AB Testing, Ajax, API Development, ASP.NET, CSS, .NET, .NET Framework, Azure DevOps, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CICD), Source Control Management, Agile SDLC, SDLC Methodology. Requirements • Proficiency in Apache Struts, C++, and Database management is required

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is a must

• Experience with Hibernate ORM, AB Testing, Ajax, and API Development

• Knowledge of ASP.NET, CSS, .NET, and .NET Framework is necessary

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CICD) processes

• Experience in Source Control Management
