The ODP Corporation Senior Manager, Sales Effectiveness (Remote) in Boca Raton, Florida

Overview

The Sr. Manager, Sales Force Effectiveness role is responsible for leading all activities related to the execution and deployment of sales enablement tools and Sales Plays to provide the right information and activity at the right time to the Contract Sales organization. This role will provide leadership to cross-functional teams, consultation to all areas of Sales, Marketing and Sales Operations, and be responsible for driving the overall Sales Enablement strategy. This role will be responsible for the execution of projects that provide significant return on investment to the overall P&L through improved sales productivity, top line sales improvement and margin enhancement.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drives and manages implementation and deployment of sales enablement initiatives by gathering requirements, identifying solutions, defines scope, creates business cases, develops plans and schedules to maximize sale efficiency.

  • Defines with business leaders the go-to market strategies, and develops those strategies through facilitation of program deployment; collaborating closely with all ales, IT and Marketing teams as an advisor and subject matter expert.

  • Drive ROI by optimizing cross-functional partnership including generation of sales revenue and margin growth opportunities through effective sales operating processes, business analytics, & new technologies.

  • Develop insights from tools utilized by the sales organization to drive and leverage productivity improvements and enablers – SFDC, Highspot, Salesloft, etc.

  • Lead and grow team bench strength

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Years of Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in related field

  • Type of Experience: B2B Category management and growth

  • Technical Competencies & Information Systems: Basic computer skills and the ability to use computers and technology for information, and to access information necessary to complete the job.

  • Skills & Abilities: · Leadership, Comfortable with matrix environment, Financial management and reporting
