ModMed (https://www.modmed.com/company/) is hiring a driven Project Manager to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Product Management team focused on managing various healthcare regulatory and compliance initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to bring high-priority compliance and regulatory projects to fruition within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!

Your Role:

  • Provide project management support through the use of project management tools, such as SmartSheet, Monday board, etc.

  • Develop project work plans, and sequencing efforts across multi-disciplinary teams. Identify and track dependencies in order to drive delivery across teams.

  • Manage projects to ensure they’re delivered on time and/or in line with key milestones.

  • Keep the project team and leadership apprised of progress, escalating any risks or concerns.

  • Lead a project/program team through the development and delivery of a project/program from concept through implementation, certification and ultimately to product launch/Go-live.

  • Develop and communicate project scope, timeline, plan, risks/issues, and assumptions.

  • Create, implement, and drive adoption of processes and solutions to further business outcomes.

  • Communicate project status updates and needs to senior leadership; prepare, report, and manage against targets/goals including scope, schedule, and metrics.

  • Create accountability mechanisms so teams deliver on commitments.

  • Display proactive communication to drive results across teams.

  • Support regulatory reporting efforts through the collection and synthesis of quantitative and qualitative information.

  • Facilitate project-related meetings and discussions, helping to create an atmosphere of discovery and bringing discussion to resolution.

  • Support the work of project-related committees, workgroups, and teams to drive decision-making and support effective communication.

    Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of project management, process optimization, and/or systems implementation experience strongly preferred.

  • Previous experience with project management tools, such as SmartSheet, Monday board, etc.

  • Working understanding of healthcare regulations and experience in interpreting healthcare compliance guidelines is a plus.

  • Ability to work 3 days per week in the Boca Raton, FL headquarters.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and manage stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

  • Proven success in structuring ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and driving execution.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify bottlenecks, and escalate issues appropriately in a timely fashion.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
