Job Summary

Responsible for the facilitation of Business Class customer orders from order submission through installation. Works with moderate supervision/guidance. Is accountable for individual results and impact on team.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Accurately update, track, and process all bulk agreements using the established files/databases within the region, while meeting service level guidelines. Scan, upload, and maintain complete packets for all deals in Salesforce. This includes but is not limited to, Agreements Packets, Wi-Fi Assessments, Courtesy Requests, Address lists, Legal Description, Property Easements.

  • Accurately and timely record all required easements, within service level guidelines. This includes but is not limited to, logging, county filing, and following up on exceptions through to full resolution. Accurately and timely process Common Area Wi-Fi/Courtesy account requests as outlined in fully executed Agreements, within service level guidelines. This includes but is not limited creating new service requests on courtesy portal, working with warehouse team.

  • Maintain and create market development (SMB) engagements using Salesforce, Century, Orion and review mid-market ROE as requested with 24-48 hrs. Assess tools Aegis, Watchtower, salesforce, and Costar to avoid creating duplicate ROE requests. Timely follow up (within 24 hrs.) with business partner emails requesting additional POC information to work requests. Follow through until completion.

  • Complete address audits and work with other owners to resolve discrepancies. Once the correct address count is established, upload into biller and SS within 30-60 of receipt of Packet. Update Dwell type and HMC to ensure revenue compliance.
