Contract-to-hire position
Hourly pay + mileage reimbursement
Description:
-Assists the physician in implementing and conducting treatment as outlined in treatment plan.
-Monitor patient's response to treatment and modify treatment as indicated in accordance with the plan of care and reports to the physician or client care manager.
-Develops, prepares and maintains individualized client care progress records with accuracy, timeliness and according to policies.
-Assists with interpreting and communicating evaluation findings to patients, family and other staff members.
Skills:

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Valid PTA license in the state of hire.
Valid Driver's License
Home Health experience preferred.
