What you’ll do as a Technician Fiber Installation:

  • Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot fiber optic internet, and telephone based on guidelines

  • Use small hand tools, power tools, and test equipment

  • Install, setup and configure residential networking equipment such as ONT’s, routers and switches

  • Identify and try to remedy sources of customer-perceived issues

  • Interact with customers in a professional, courteous manner

  • Review all requested services with the customer in order to ensure understanding and agreement

  • Educate the customer regarding product and service usage

  • Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment

  • Drive safely and follow company safe driving policies

  • Completes and maintains all training

    What you’ll need:

  • High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience

  • Possess or willingness to get a valid CDL Class \"A\" driver’s license with acceptable driving record

  • To be 18 years of age or older

  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
