This Position is for a Lift Truck Operator with a company located in Blue Springs.

 

Job Summuary: Provide Quality services and support for all missions assigned to a manufacturing or warehouse site while ensuring a healthy and safe work environment. Reports to Site Supervisor/Site Leaders.

 

Duties and Responsibilities: Act as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria. Check/inspect manufactured parts or products for defects. Read and follow work instructions and general processes. Use measuring or testing equipment as needed. Ensure products meet quality standards

Display excellent customer service. Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies. Collect and record data. Utilize company portal for time recording and policy acknowledgements.

 

 

Education and Qualifications: Must be able to speak and read in the English language. Good communications skills. Must be able to multi-task. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material. Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time. Ability to bend, lift, twist and move freely. Ability to periodically lift/move up to 50 pounds. Must have reliable transportation. High School Diploma or Equivalent recommended or comparable work experience.

 

Physical Requirements: Getting in and out of equipment and trailers throughout the day. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

 

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
