Pay:$25-$50 Per Hour ( Based On Experience)

Our company, Clifton Homes, is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to become part of our expanding team.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs
  • Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems or areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions about HVAC systems

Qualifications

  • 5 yrs Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-pace
  • strong sheet metal skills
