Pay:$25-$50 Per Hour ( Based On Experience)
Our company, Clifton Homes, is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to become part of our expanding team.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs
- Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules and ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions about HVAC systems
Qualifications
- 5 yrs Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-pace
- strong sheet metal skills
