Description

We have teamed up with a successful publisher on their search for a FP& A Manager with hands on experience developing financial strategies. As the FP& A Manager you will provide financial planning and analysis to support financial growth, provide insight to support strategic decision-making, partner with department heads to develop budgets and forecasts, prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, generate financial reports for management, create financial summaries, identify trends, risks and opportunities in financial performance, and support mergers and acquisitions activities, including financial due diligence and integration planning. If you have a strong proficiency in financial modeling, excellent analytical and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insight, this role may be perfect for you.

Major Responsibilities

· Create annual budget plans

· Provide financial analysis

· Budgeting & Forecasting

· Analyze, research, and compare data

· Assist with financial projects

· Prepare board presentations

· Evaluate capital investment proposals

· Develop investment strategies

· Conduct ROI analysis

· Mentor and develop junior members of the FP& A team

Requirements

The ideal FP& A Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Finance, Business or similar.

Other requirements for the FP& A Manager role include and are not limited to:

· 4+ years finance/budgeting/forecasting experience

· Small to midsize company background

· Power BI experience highly preferred

· Experience with Business Central (MS Dynamics) preferred
