Summary: The Director of Marketing, Americas is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and increase market share. Reporting directly to Vice President of Marketing and Communications, the successful candidate will develop and lead a team of marketing professionals across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with strategy and market trends. Develop, unify and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcomes. Collaborate with sales and product line to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and make data-driven decisions to optimize results. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative marketing strategies and tactics. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, and media outlets to support marketing initiatives.
