We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects while leading and energizing cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of new product introductions. This is a high impact role that will work globally within the company. Role Responsibilities: Utilizing the project management toolset, define project scope, milestones, deliverables, success criteria, RACI matrix, probability/impact risk logs and mitigation strategies Employ Donaldson's APD process to ensure all key process activities and milestones are met to ensure reliable, validated designs are developed Align multiple functions e.g. engineering, operations, product management in order to develop plans that execute on the solutions roadmap Facilitate stakeholder updates and working sessions: capture key action items, communicate agendas and meeting minutes. Disciplined and diplomatic follow-up process for closing outstanding issues Clearly communicate project status, risks, and scope recalibrations with impact to all stakeholders regularly Manage customer project expectations through regular communication with stakeholders and by serving as a primary point of contact for customers regarding project related topics Work with the stakeholders to determine how new solutions will provide value to customers Coordinate and influence globally located, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams Develop and deliver effective and concise presentations at the department and executive levels Support the achievement of the business unit performance metrics and initiatives Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Project/Program Management Bachelor's degree in business or engineering or related field Preferred Qualifications: Strong relationship management: Skillful acting team leadership in a matrixed environment, up and across the organization Experience with formal gate-review processes 3+ years of experience in the design and development of products/solutions Skillful use of PowerPoint Presentations, Excel Spreadsheets, MS Visio, SharePoint and other industry PPM (Project Portfolio Management) tools Experience in New Product Introduction and development Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects as well as operate in ambiguous environments with limited supervision Ability to optimize and synthesize multiple project methodologies Advanced degree in Business or Engineering PMP certification - or equivalent (or working toward completion) Key Words: Project Management, Program Management, New Product Introduction (NPI), PMP #LI-Hybrid Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
