Job Title: Process Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a Process Engineer to evaluate materials, develop machinery and processes to manufacture materials that meet specialized design and performance specifications. The successful candidate will implement and enhance process improvements, support product introduction, and aid in the transition of equipment and new products into production. The role extends to supporting the Aftermarket Distribution Center for various packaging and quality issues and implementing manufacturing processes and equipment in a Manufacturing and Distribution Center environment. The Process Engineer will also be accountable for productivity project implementation, analyzing product failure data and rapid test results to determine problem causes, and developing solutions. The role also entails monitoring material and labor performance, evaluating material deterioration, and conducting tests on raw materials or finished products to ensure their quality.
