We provide security officer, electronic security, fire alarm and background and investigative services, serving customers in 9 states throughout the Midwest region. Job Skills / Requirements Per Mar Security's Rental Division seeks a full-time person with vast low voltage experience. This lucky person will help our successful rental team prep jobs for upcoming installations. Here's what you'll be doing: Prep work would include programming and bench testing video alarm systems, setting up PtP antennas, and configuring and mounting cameras to our rental Intelligent Video Monitoring (IVM) systems. Typical everyday tasks would include building Intelligent Video Monitoring (IVM) Units, keeping track of inventory, cleaning and repairing incoming equipment, and helping us invent better mouse traps. The right person for our team will be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently without being closely supervised. We need a take-charge person who is willing to be in complete control of making sure incoming equipment is looked over and tested, and outgoing jobs are prepped and ready to be installed on a short turnaround basis. Starting pay from $23/hour -we are willing to adjust based on the experience, background, and proven track record you bring to the table. Here's what you'll need: - Valid license/good driving record - Pass background checks and drug tests. - Must be able to obtain specified licenses/certifications to perform work in the security industry according to the rules and regulations prescribed by the State in which the branch operates. - High School Graduate or GED is required for all Per Mar Security Services positions. -Must have basic knowledge of how camera networks are configured and should have experience working with network switches, POEs, PtP, and VMS software systems. - Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security - Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service and Accountability.
