Internship Summary The Human Resources Intern will assist the team with a variety of HR functions, with a primary focus on the US Intern Program and onboarding and departure tasks. In this position, the intern will learn how to take skills she or he may have acquired in school related to his or her particular areas of interest and provide direct exposure and experience in the HR generalist area, and apply them in a professional setting. In this internship you will have the opportunity to Support coordination of the US Intern Program Administer onboarding new team members and seek opportunities for process improvements Assist with HR audit Collaborate with other interns and cross-functional teams around the globe Perform other duties, as assigned What we re looking for in our interns Currently enrolled in a Human Resources Certification Program or an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Minimum of one year of experience in an office environment Understanding of Microsoft Office tools Requires effective oral and written communication skills including the ability to professionally interact with all levels of team members required.
