Follow Us on LinkedIn: Donaldson Company Inc. is hiring a Financial Business Systems Analyst for our Corporate Planning & Analysis team. This role is part of a global team that provides critical support and enhances the finance systems used at Donaldson. Role Responsibilities: Consult with the team on system needs including dashboard creation, design, performance, and creation of data sources Serve as subject matter expert on technical solutions and strategies to best meet objectives Lead and support cross-functional projects with global finance teams, IT, and business stakeholders Create and update reports and improve reporting performance Create and modify system templates used in planning and forecasting Enhance and develop statistical forecast models and economic indicator models Prepare financial systems to support budgeting and forecast processes such as migrating data and loading FX rates Maintain data integrity, efficiency, & performance including administration of licenses, access, and security Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, economics, finance or related field 2+ years of work experience in finance reporting systems focused on dashboards, process improvements, and reports Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of general accounting & finance concepts & best practices Experience with Oracle BI and Tableau Knowledge of or prior work experience with Alteryx, Snowflake, financial close and Consolidation systems Experience with financial planning and forecasting systems Key Words: financial systems, financial planning, financial reporting #LI-Hybrid Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
