This hands-on position is an integral part of our global businesses with the opportunity to regularly interact locally, regionally and globally. As a Financial Analyst in Corporate FP&A you will be a welcomed and supported member of our diverse and talented global FP&A community with the opportunity to regularly interact with local, regional and international colleagues. Role Responsibilities: Conduct analysis including budget, forecasting and variance analysis to guide decision making Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement Assist in preparation of financial reports, presentations and dashboards for management Assist with the on-going improvement of FP&A tools Support financial analysis of capital projects using realistic benefit cases to ensure investments are made diligently Prepare Capital Expenditure Requests and tracking against spend Provide ad hoc quantitative and qualitative analytics and support for strategic decision making Support Corporate Functions (IT, HR, Finance, etc.) along with Enterprise Operations (Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, etc.) Preparation and review of journal entries Perform ad-hoc projects and duties as required or assigned Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field 1+ year of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis Proficiency with Excel Preferred Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills with comfort collaborating and working as part of a global team Detailed oriented and organizational skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently Naturally inquisitive and a passion for learning Key Words: Financial Analyst, Accounting FP&A #LI-Hybrid Come make a World of Difference!
