Overview

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering a wide range of projects that contribute to the growth and success of Cook Inc. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support project leads, manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and ensure that projects remain in alignment with our strategic goals and global standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, both internal and external.

• Define/articulate project scopes, objectives, and deliverables or assist project leads with same.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets or assist project leads with same.

• Ensure effective utilization of resources to meet project goals.

• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure on-time delivery.

• Regularly communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

• Foster strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.

• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

• Promote the CINC PMO Mission: We will drive project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to help the organization achieve world-class SQDC.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree, Marketing, Communication, Business, etc. • A history of high performance demonstrating proficiency in several of the above listed job functions/duties

• Experience as a project manager in a manufacturing setting• Strong computer usage skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project)

• PMP certification required, but can be obtained after hired with manager approval.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing setting.
