BCforward is currently seeking a highly Security Analyst - Information and Infrastructure Security Support Job for an opportunity Remote position.

Position Title: Security Analyst - Information and Infrastructure Security Support

Location: Remote

Anticipated Start Date: October

Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.

Expected Duration: 6 to 12 months Contract (with possibility of extension or conversion)

Job Type: Contract: (40 hours per week).

Remote: Work will be remote but may be requested to travel to onsite to the client location.

Pay Range: \$40/hr. - \$42.14/hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Work Description:

Must Have:

Work Requirement 1 - Complete Management of IAM Suite\'s Support Tickets:

The service provider must completely handle the IAM Suite\'s Support Tickets including troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and performing manual requests.

The service provider must be able to handle:

Access Request Tool Suite tickets (i.e., Answering unique Access Request Tool Suite. It may sometimes be a bug or how to use ticket)

Identity tickets (i.e., Answering tickets such as \"What does caller need to do for Associate Verification?\" and \"What passwords can be changed on Security and Password Change site?\").

Bulk Add Request tickets (i.e., Add/remove a bulk of members to a group. This is done when there is a lot of members to add/remove, and we want to omit manager/owner approval process)

Agency Support tickets (i.e., Adding agents to DL\'s)

AAI tickets (i.e., Creating the AAI process ID and link with AAI group)

A transitional period may occur in which the service provider team can request assistance from the IAM Suite.

The service provider must use knowledge items and documentation previously created to support business partners.

The service provider must get to a state where they will be self-directed and managed.

The service provider must be able to scale their knowledge.

The service provider can receive questions and solve solutions through Viva Engage, Distribution Lists, and Service Now.

Metrics must be gathered on the tickets handled.

Good to Have:

Work Requirement 2 - Patching and Maintenance of Windows Servers:

The service provider must completely handle the maintenance and patching of Windows Servers within the IAM Suite.

Some examples of tasks are described under Windows Tasks.

Maintains, updates, & tests documented, repeatable procedures & inventory for loading and reloading software components that comprise a server type

Maintains appropriate information in the Windows Server Database (WSDB)

Acts as a stakeholder on any projects affecting the functionality of their servers

Completes necessary checkouts steps / test cases provided by Onsite STOs for various server types after any kind of maintenance on their servers

Coordination of necessary pre-tasks / checkouts during planned infrastructure outages such as planned network maintenance, VMWare migrations, SAN migrations, planned power outage etc.

Work Requirement 3 - Patching and Maintenance of Linux Servers: The service provider must completely handle the maintenance and patching of Linux Servers within the IAM Suite.

Some examples of tasks are described under Linux Tasks.

Acts as a stakeholder on any projects affecting the functionality of their servers

Works on Security Patch to maintain a level set f base products on their servers

Maintains information in ESMT (Enterprise Server Management Tool)

Schedules, approves, and coordinates Security Patch for the Server Type, and conducts checkout once Security patch is applied on Test servers

Schedules, approves, and coordinates Security Patch Implementation for PROD servers

Business Knowledge:

Customer Service, Written and Oral Communication

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of Identity and Access Management Concepts (especially Access Provisioning and Digital Identity Management)
