This role works closely with stakeholders to ensure that requirements are accurately captured and conveyed to development teams for effective technical solutions. * ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS* Lead the collaboration with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements using standard processes and templates. Translate complex business requirements into detailed user stories or functional specifications for technical teams. Analyze and validate business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights. Participate in project governance activities, including planning sessions, status meetings, and post-project reviews. Prepare test plans and perform testing to ensure solutions meet business needs. Provide ongoing support and clarification to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure alignment and integration of all technology and software systems with IT Portfolio and business units. Create, maintain, and distribute comprehensive documentation and reference guides to users on assigned software applications. Conduct training sessions for stakeholders on new reports and tools. * OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS* Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply. Performs other duties or special projects as assigned. * REQUIREMENTS* Normally requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, and 3 years or more of related work experience to demonstrate an understanding of data analysis and reporting tools. In-depth understanding of and experience with systems and how various applications interface and interact with one another. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau). Advanced computer skills and the ability to use the computer to enhance business processes. Proven ability to provide technical support, resource management, and training to new and existing users. Demonstrated planning, organization, analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving, and project management skills and the ability to read and interpret technical material. Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Must have the ability to travel independently and overnight as necessary. Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision-making, and skill development. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record and passport. Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
