group shampoos. Every day, we produce more than 2 million bottles. Our brands? Head&Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie® and Old Spice®. Our site is highly automated with a state-of-the-art level of technology of the cosmetics industry. YOUR MISSIONS

  • Planning needs for apprentices and trainees

  • Sourcing from schools

  • Drafting and publishing job offers

  • Pre-interviewing and planning the recruitment process

  • Manage recruitment in the HR management tool

  • Welcoming, integrating and monitoring apprentices/trainees

  • Organising visits to schools/partners and events

  • Providing administrative support

  • Contributing to HR projects

Job Qualifications

ABOUT YOU

  • Level: Bac+3 BUT, Licence

  • Field: Human Resources

  • You are recognized for your rigour and organization, but also for your ability to take the initiative

  • Good command of the Office pack (particularly Excel)

  • Fluency in French and a good level of English
