The Procter & Gamble factory in Blois, located in Loir-et-Cher, is one of the most important production sites for hair-care products. Every day, we produce more than 2 million bottles. Our brands? Head & Shoulders, Pantene, Herbal Essence, Aussie, and Old Spice. Our site is highly automated with a state-of-the-art level of technology of the cosmetics industry.

Are you looking for a work-study program in the IT department? Are you curious about how an international company works?

Within our production site, the IT department guarantees the proper functioning of our systems, networks and contributes to the digitization of production data. As part of your apprenticeship program, you will learn about continuous improvement, project management software and techniques. You will also be a central contact to resolve IT issues on site.

YOUR ROLE

  • Management of major projects, depending on autonomy.

  • Develop in the Office365 environment (PowerApps, MS Flow, etc.)

  • Implement reporting tools with Power BI

  • Be a contributor to the digital Master Plan (all digital projects planned for the fiscal year)

  • Collect and understand user needs

  • Document and train users

  • IT project management as a team and independently on time and on cost.

Job Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master / Engineer degree

  • Available 1 or 2 years

  • Flexible start

  • IT/systems and development domain

  • Use of Office365 (SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerBI, Power Automate, etc.)

  • Ability to take initiatives, Collaborative spirit

  • Knowledge of SQL Server databases is a plus
