THIS POSITION HAS A $2,500 SIGN ON BONUSThe Family Peer Support Advocate (FPA) in the Family Support Network (FSN) offers an array of services and supports to families that have a child with social, behavioral, emotional, and health and/or developmental needs.The Family Peer Support Advocate (FPA) will provide six Family Support Services: engagement, bridging and transition support, community connections and natural supports, self-advocacy and empowerment, parent skill development, and promoting effective family driven practice. This position assists the FPN program in providing services to families in the areas where support and advocacy is needed, but do not require the full services of the Care Manager. Duties include escorting, advocacy, assisting families to access community resources, and family support. Accompaniment and transportation of children and families are essential components of the position. To be eligible for the FPA Credential, the individual must demonstrate ‘lived experience’ as a parent or primary caregiver who has navigated multiple children serving systems on behalf of their child(ren) with social, emotional, developmental, health and/or behavioral healthcare needs.

Minimum Salary: 38,000 Maximum Salary: 38,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
