Interagir avec nos clients dans l'organisation de leurs expéditions internationales, dans le respect des normes et règlementations

  • Assurer le dédouanement des marchandises pour les expéditions d'importation et d'exportation de nos clients

  • Assurer la saisie des données exactes dans notre système d’exploitation

  • Transposer les informations dans le système douane afin d’émettre une déclaration valide et conforme.

  • Vérifier les informations de déclaration en douane et la présentation à l'autorité douanière

  • Interagir avec les autorités douanières pour régler les problèmes / questions qui peuvent survenir au cours du processus.

  • Assister à des inspections avec les autorités douanières lorsque la situation se présente.

  • Agir en tant que liaison entre les autorités douanières et les clients

  • Vérifier que les documents reçus pour l'importation et l'exportation sont conformes et corrects.

  • Assurer la conformité aux règlements. Cela comprend des politiques et des procédures internes telles que les normes opérationnelles standards (OPS) et les règlements gouvernementaux externe (par ex. OEA) ou les politiques des clients / exigences.

  • Comprendre les processus internes, en étant constamment orienté vers la recherche d'amélioration et d’efficacité.

BAC+2 en douane ou commerce international ou transport/logistique

  • Expérience réussie dans la douane

  • Excellente capacité à communiquer dans un milieu international
