Job Title: Equipment Operator

Location: Bismarck, ND

Our projects include services for water, sanitary, storm, and mass excavation for the commercial and municipal industries. Duties include managing all project aspects from estimating to project close.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently operate backhoe and other heavy equipment to perform various excavation and earthmoving tasks.

  • Interpret project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and required excavation depth.

  • Excavate trenches, ditches, and foundations according to project requirements and specifications.

  • Load and unload materials using heavy equipment as needed.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator (emphasis in backhoe operation) in the construction industry

  • Valid driver's license

  • Certification or training in heavy equipment operation preferred.

  • Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
